Sophia Marksbury died in 1860 at Williamstown, Grant Co., Kentucky, USA.1
; N.B.: Apparently Sophia married a Mr. MARKSBERRY and had a number of "MARKSBERRY" children. Some trees have her marrying her brother, Samuel (V) MARKSBURY (example referenced), but I find this highly unlikely.
There is a note attached to many trees for Sophia stating that one of her MARKSBERRY sons bore no DNA connection to the MARKBURY family, but rather to another family (see attached). This note also outlines the little that is known about her marriages.

Horatio "Arasha" Marksbury died in 1870 at Grant Co., Kentucky, USA.1
; N.B.: A number of marriages have been ascribed to Horatio:
1. 1811 Nancy Mclin - Garrard Co., KY
2. 1813 Sarah Bursnide - Garrard Co., KY
3. 1823 Margaret Devine - Vnderburgh Co., IN
4. 1823 Martha Amanda McCarty - Wayne Co., IN
5. 1828 Margaret Devine - Grant Co., KY
6. 1837 Martha Amanda McCarty - Grant Co., KY
I can't explain the apparent duplicate marriages to the same women on different dates and in different places. Some of the confusion may be due to the frequent misspelling of the name MARKSBURY, which makes it difficult to be sure that the marriages were all for the same man. There could have been more than one "Arasha" of roughly the same generation as given names were often repeated among the children of siblings and subseqent generations. KY borders IN, so Horatio could have gone to IN to marry, but there appears to be no record that he lived there and all of his children that I have so far identified seem to have been born in KY. The 1830 and 1840 censuses appear to show Horatio living in Grant Co., KY in those years.
I will build out Horatio's life with the information I find credible and will modify it as I learn more. GA Vaut.9
