William Gorges Jr. died in 1689.1
; William (junior), of Alderton, Northants, and Tintagel, Cornwall; m Cicely Sparchford (who m 2nd, Edward Fust), and d 1689 leaving issue, a dau and heiress: Frances; m Sir Thomas Hesilrige, 1st Bt, of Noseley Hall, Leics, and d 1638, having had issue (see BURKE'S Peerage, HAZLERIGG, B). He d 11 Jan 1629 (both bur at Noseley).1
