Second document, Clark certified 200 acres 22 Jan 1816 at Sontag's Bluff in full of B. Higginbotham's quota to his widow, Isabella Higginbotham. Borrous is listed on the 1812-1813 Florida Territory list of those to rebelled against the Loyalty to Spain.

     Mr. W. G. Mills, familiarly known as "Uncle Billie" died at the county poor house, Saturday, November 18, 1905, after a brief illness, from the effects of a stroke of paralysis which visited him a fortnight before. Deceased was 87 years old and for man years conducted a livery stable in this city. At one time held considerable property, but in time, misfortunes overtook him and his property went. Adversity and broken health came upon him in creeping age, and he found himself unable to ------ their tight rigid grasp and start ------- the battle of life, he voluntarily sought the quiet of the county farm, where he was shown every courtesy. His interment was held at Ryder cemetery Monday.
