See attached table: "Migration of Chatten DOGGETT TMG #91096 and his presumed children." Anderson Doggett was also known as William Anderson Dagget Sr. Some Ancestry trees show a son names "wiliam Anderson". But there seems to be a "James William" and a "William" in other records. I don't believe that Shatten would have named mor than one living son William and all were living as adults. GA Vaut 4 April 2025.2,11

Anderson Doggett appeared in the census.

Anderson Doggett and Elizabeth "Betsy" Bonner appeared in the census of 1830 at Washington Co., Alabama, USA;
This Anderson DOGGETT is in Alabama in 1830 on line 20, next door to a William DOGGETT on line 21.
Here is my speculatoin on 5 april 2025:
-- This may be Anderson DOGGETT #100292, who might be the son of Chatten DOGGETT #91096.
-- There is a second young man in the houshold who could possibly be a brother of this Anderson.
-- The neighboring Anderson and Wiliam could also be brothers. The William DOGGETT #91110, whom I believe was the son of Chatten #91096, had at least 5 children born in Alabama between 1828 and 1838, so he could be the William in this 1830 census.
-- The young woman listed could be Anderson's wife, Elizabeth "Betsy" (Bonner) #100293, but my information says they weren't married until 1832.
-- The young child could be Anderson and Betsy's daughter Susannah, b. ca 1829.
