BIRTH 7 Nov 1802
DEATH 10 Oct 1880 (aged 77)
According to F-A-G member L Evans, Samuel and his wife were, at one point in time, members of the Quaker London Grove Monthly Meeting which recorded his birth as 11 Jul 1802 and his death as 3 Oct 1880 (a full week before the date inscribed on his stone) and they had 2 children; Samuel, born 5 Apr 1839, and Lydia Ann, born 12 Sep 1841.
If I correctly interpreted the age on the stone, and his actual death date was 3 Oct 1880 then his correct birth date would be 7 Nov 1802 (11/7/1802 vs the suggested 7/11/1802).
Page 356 of the 1904 publication Historic Homes and Institutions and Genealogical and Personal Memoirs of Chester and Delaware Counties, Pennsylvania, Volume 1 yielded some additional information about Samuel Moore. The book confirms his birth as 7 Nov 1802, the second son of William (20 Sep 1770 - 15 Jun 1836) and Rachel Pyle (14 Nov 1778 - 15 Apr 1853) Moore. Siblings include
Samuel married Lydia on 11 Oct 1828, fathering 5 named children with her;
Inscription: SAMUEL MOORE DIED 10 10 1880 Aged 77 YRS 10 MOS 26 DS
Gravesite Details: Inscription, date and age information for this memorial are best guess at interpreting what's left of the inscription. Date of birth is extrapolated from that interpretation and therefore may also be incorrect.

William Daniels married Rachel Gibbons on 12 January 1804.2
William Daniels died in 1828.1
; I have in my possession the original marriage certificate of William Daniel and Rachel Gibbons. Much of the limited information that appears on the certificate matches that given in your account exactly. Some, however, does not, or not exactly.
The date of their marriage as shown on the certificate was January 12, 1804, not December 1, 1804.
The grooms parents are identified as Andrew Daniel ( deceased) and Hannah his wife.
The brides parents are identified as James and Deborah Gibbons.
I took the place of William Daniel's residence to be Bath Township, but it could be Bart, as you indicate. I am not an expert in reading the old & fancy writing used during that period and for such official documents.
The wedding took place at Lampeter Township, the residence of the bride at the time and was a Quaker wedding.
The document includes a lot of signatures that correspond to your information, including the siblings of William Daniel, with the exclusion of Jane Daniel. Lots of Gibbons signatures are present including Daniel Gibbons.
I also have in my possession volumes 4 through 7 of a journal kept by a William Daniel, whom I believe is the offspring of this marriage listed in your information. I haven't deciphered much of their contents, but what I have along with information passed down to me by my forebears, leads me to believe that your list of offspring to the marriage has one person misidentified. Rebecca Daniel is identified in the journal as elder sister to William. From the known fact of her death in 1883 and her stated age at the time as 75 she would correspond to the one you have identified as Rachel. I will go back to the journal and look for other names in your list of William's siblings.

Is there any additional information that you can give me on the documentation supporting that name list, particularly Rachel/Rebecca?
I would be happy to share with you any other information that I may come across in the journal or that is on the certificate or regarding the descendants of Rebecca that I am aware of. By the way, the journal gives no indication, that I have been able to discern thus far, that William, son of William, had any children. Do you know otherwise?
