William Price died in 1858. He left as overseer on a plantation because he saw slavery was wrong. He left after the death of his mother in 1827. He married second Emma Summers, she died on the way to Indiana and is probably buried in Butler Co. Ohio. William had 4 daughters who married 4 men in Yountsville, Indiana. Sarah married Dan Yount, Jane married a Hall, Minerva died young and married a Yount, and Elizabeth ( my ancestor) married A. J. Snyder. We can join the Ark and Dove Society in Maryland because Thomas Price came over on the ship to establish Maryland. This link is only found at the Indiana Genealogy library section, in a small folder. Mrs. Darrell Hamm, 1955. That is the source for the marriage of Emma Summers and William Price. William was also the father of Hiram Price of Clinton County, Indiana. We are also 7th cousins of Richard Milhous Nixon who has Mordecai and Mary Parsons as grandparents.
