Naming pattern of children suggest they are Lawrence names instead of Corzine names. Therefore, Elizabeth will be considered as mother of Adam, Jr's children until proof is found to the contrary."4

     In the name of God, Amen, I CHRISTOPHER HOOMES of the County of Culpepper & Colony of Virginia being of perfect sense of memory & duly weighing the uncertainty of Human affairs, do make & Ordain this my last Will & Testament in manner following Imprimis I give my Immortal part to the Divine Author & my Body to the earth to be intered in such decent soil as my Executors hereafter named shall think fit
     First, I give & bequeath to my reputed son & whom I have raised from his Infancy WILLIAM SHERRIL Son of MARGARET SHERRIL Alais MARGERY PURKINS all that tract or parcel of Land which I purchased of John Latham lying in the aforesaid County it being the same on which I now live to him & his Heirs or assigns forever. Also I give to my said son one Seventh part of all my Negroes & cattle & Hogs which I give & bequeath to him my said Son WILLIAM SHEREL to him his Heirs & assigns forever

     Thirdly I give to my reputed son George son of Elizabeth Freeman aforesaid the other half of my said two tracts of Land purchased of Wallace & Eastham as aforesaid to include in his part the plantation where WILLIAM SHERELL now lives, but if in Case the said George Freeman should died without Lawful Issue then I give the Land to my Son Thomas Freeman aforesaid to him his Heirs & Assigns forever.
