John left his land to his three sons. To John And Edward Southern he left each a moiety (half) of one tract of land, and to his son, William Sourthern, he left the plantation on which he lived, containing 200 acres, as well as, the additional land he had patented. I William had no heirs, the land was to go to John's daughter, Lettice Cheadle."7

John left his land to his three sons. To John And Edward Southern he left each a moiety (half) of one tract of land, and to his son, William Sourthern, he left the plantation on which he lived, containing 200 acres, as well as, the additional land he had patented. I William had no heirs, the land was to go to John's daughter, Lettice Cheadle."7
