; Per Faris [1999:225] the dau. Elizabeth (of Johna and Anne (LOVELACE) GORSUCH) "...married HOWELL POWELL, of Talbot County, Maryland. Four chilren." Therefore I have chosed to believe that Cornelius HOWARD'S wife was Elizabeth TODD (#1).3,2,4
Elizabeth Gorsuch died after 1681 at Talbot Co., Maryland, USA.2
; I have two different possible wives for this Cornelius HOWARD: 1) an Elizabeth #1 TODD (m.ca 1663), and 2) and Elizabeth #2 GORSUCH (m.1662). Elizabeth #1 is posited by the Early Col. Settlers website (without source cited). Elizabeth #2 is posited by the Genealogics website (also without source cited). I have no other information the marriage that will help me distinguish the real wife. The Elizabeth #2 GORSUCH posited by Genealogics is shows as the deau. of the Rev. John GORSUCH and Anne LOVELACE. However, Faris [1999:225] shows the dau. Elizabeth (of Johna and Anne (LOVELACE) GORSUCH) "...married HOWELL POWELL, of Talbot County, Maryland. Four children." The marriage of Elizabeth to Howell Powell be 7 July 1662 in Talbot Co., MD. Therefore I have chosed to believe that Cornelius HOWARD'S wife was Elizabeth TODD (#1). GA Vaut.5,6,7,3,2

; I have two different possible wives for this Cornelius HOWARD: 1) an Elizabeth #1 TODD (m.ca 1663), and 2) and Elizabeth #2 GORSUCH (m.1662).
