The 1st Viscount m 2nd by 1629 Jane (d 12 March 1683), dau of Sir John Stanhope , of Elvaston, Derbys (see 1967 edn CHESTERFIELD and STANHOPE, E), and widow of Sir Peter Courten(e), 1st and last Bt, of Addington/Aunton, Worcs, and was bur 23 Nov 1660, having by her had issue.² He was 1st Baronet Annesley on 7 August 1620.² He was 1st Viscount of Valentia between 11 March 1621 and 1622.² He was Baron Mountmorris, by letters patent on 8 February 1628 at Mount Morris, co. Armagh, Ireland.
