Isaac Fry married Catherine Fry.1
Isaac Fry was born in 1765.1
;
I believe that I may have confounded two different William FERGUSONS. One was the son of Joshua FERGUSON (1753-1836), as recorded as deceased in Joshua's 1836 will, and one who married Lucinda Ann FRY, the dau. of Isaac FRY (as recorded in an unknown book seen on Ancestry.com). It is possible that there were two Joshuas and and both had sons named William.2,1
Isaac Fry emigrated in 1800 from Shelby Co., Kentucky, USA; moved from Frederick Co., Va., to Sheby Co., Ky., "in 1800."1
Isaac Fry appeared in the census of 7 August 1820 at Shelby Co., Kentucky, USA;

Benjamin W. Vaught was listed as a resident in Christopher Paul Vaught and Charity Rosenbaum's household in the census report in 1830 at Washington Co., Virginia, USA;
The ages match, but his son was supposedly born in KY ca 1837-8, which makes it unlikely that Christopher was in VA in 1830, but not definitive.

Benjamin W. Vaught was listed as a resident in Christopher Paul Vaught and Charity Rosenbaum's household in the census report in 1830 at Washington Co., Virginia, USA;
The ages match, but his son was supposedly born in KY ca 1837-8, which makes it unlikely that Christopher was in VA in 1830, but not definitive.

"I Henry Vaught of Pulaski County Kentucky, do hereby make my last will and testament in manner and form following, that is to say...
"1st I desire that all the perishable feast of my estate not herein otherwise disposed of, be immediately sold after my decease, on such credit as my Executor may think best, and out of the moneys arising therefrom, I desire my first debts and funeral expences paid and the balance divided, the one third to my wife Mary M. "3rd I desire that my wife Mary M. Vaught in case she survives me have the use of my dwelling house and other buildings round and about it, together with enough of my farm to raise her a reasonable support during her natural life, in case my son David Franklin Vaught should fail to provide for her a comfortable home and maintenance.
"4th In addition to the items of personal property such as I have given my older daughters who are married which items I will furnish and set apart to them myself, I give to my daughters Amanda Jane and Mary Vaught the Charley Dick house and fifty acres of land off that and of my farm.
"5th I give my son David Franklin Vaught all the balance of my farm subject to the life estate reserved to my wife Mary M. Vaught as above provided, in addition to the hour and other items of personal property heretofore set apart and given to him, but in consideration of this devise I require him to pay to my children (to wit) Betsy Vaught, wife of Benj Vaught, Petty wife of Iverson Warrener, Sophia wife of Wm Newell, Nancy wife of James Collins & Harriet wife of Addison Butt, the sum of twenty dollars each.
