This appears to be confimed as correct by the undated charter under which "Gaufridus Ridel" confirmed that "Johanni de Stutevilla" did homage to him by on the same day, witnessed by "…Radulfus Basset, Ricardus Basset, W. Basset…R. de Stutevill, Nicolaus de Stutevill…"[202]. "Gaufridus Ridel" confirmed a grant of property to "Johanni de Stutuilla" in his fee by charter dated to [1160], witnessed by "…R. filius Nicolai de Stutavilla, Thomas frater suus…"[203].

If this is correct, the couple must have been divorced as Baudouin's death is recorded after that of Guy de Milly. Her relationship with the Ibelin family, and her first marriage, is suggested by the charter dated 14 Jan 1155 which names "Philippi…Neapolitani, Guidonis Francigene, Henrici Bubali" as "avunculorum" of "Hugo de Hybelino et…fratris sui Balduini…"[629].      Konrad I (?) Herzog von Schlesien in Öls married Euphemia (?) Herzogin von Schlesien-Beuthen, daughter of Wladyslaw (?) Duke von Schlesien-Bytom and Kozielsk and Beatrix von Brandenburg Markgräfin von Brandenburg,
;
His 1st wife.1 Konrad I (?) Herzog von Schlesien in Öls was born between 1290 and 1294.1
Konrad I (?) Herzog von Schlesien in Öls died on 22 December 1366.1
      ; Per Genealogics:
“Konrad I, Herzog von Schlesien in Öls, was born between 1290 and 1294, the second son of Henryk I-III von Schlesien, duke of Glogowski, and Matilde von Braunschweig. After his father's early death in 1309, Konrad succeeded him in all his lands with his brothers as co-rulers; however, as he was still a minor he remained under the care of his mother and older brother Henryk II-IV 'the Faithful' until 1312.
“Despite his minority, Konrad was present with his brothers Henryk and Boleslaw on 3 March 1310 in Berlin, when they solemnly renounced their rights over Gdansk Pomerania to Brandenburg in exchange for monetary compensation. To ensure good relations with the House of Ascania, they pledged the towns of Krosno Odrzanskie and Zagan to them (they would be recovered in 1319).
“The formal division of the duchy was carried through on 29 February 1312. Konrad and Boleslaw became co-rulers of the eastern part of the duchy (Olesnica (Öls), Namyslów (Namslau) and Kluczbork (Kreuzburg)), and the regions of Kalisz (Kalisch) and Gniezno (Gnesen). Henryk II-IV, Jan and Przemko II retained the regions of Scinawa (Steinau an der Oder), Zagan (Sagan) and Greater Poland. Their mother Matilde kept Glogow (Glogau) as her widow's seat. One year later, in 1313, Konrad and Boleslaw decided to divide their domain; Konrad received Namyslów and Kalisz.
“The circumstances for Henryk I-III's sons were precarious. In 1313 Konrad lost Kalisz after a revolt of the nobility. The same year, the dukes of Legnica obtained Uraz. In 1314, supported by the local nobility which opposed the territorial division of the inheritance of Henryk I-III, Wladislaw I Lokietek (the future king of Poland) took almost all of Greater Poland.
“In 1321, when his brother Boleslaw died without issue, Konrad inherited Olesnica. Wladislaw I Lokietek and Boleslaw III, duke of Breslau, Liegnitz and Brieg, both engaged in looting in the duchy of Olesnica (from 1321 to 1323).
“Before 10 January 1322 Konrad married Elisabeth von Schlesien-Breslau, daughter of Heinrich VI 'the Good' von Schlesien, duke of Breslau, and Anna of Austria. With this marriage he removed any threat from the duchy of Wroclaw (Breslau). They had a daughter Hedwig who would have progeny, marrying Mikulas II, duke of Troppau and Ratibor.
“A peace treaty with Wladislaw Lokietek and Boleslaw III was concluded in Kraków on 10 August 1323. Konrad received Wolów, Lubiaz and Smogorzów, but in exchange he was forced to give Namyslów to Boleslaw III. In 1328 he paid homage Johann 'the Blind', king of Bohemia.
“Elisabeth died in February 1328, and before 2 March 1333 Konrad married Duchess Euphemia von Schlesien-Beuthen (Bytom), the daughter of Wladislaw, duke of Schlesien-Bytom and Kozielsk, and his first wife Markgräfin Beatrix von Brandenburg. Their son Konrad II would have progeny.
“In the summer of 1343, Kazimierz III 'the Great', king of Poland, launched an attack against Konrad I, his brother Jan, duke of Scinawa (Fürst von Schlesien in Steinau) and his nephew Henryk III-V 'of Iron', duke of Zagan and Glogow. Konrad defeated the Polish army below the walls of Olesnica and concluded a peace treaty with Kazimierz III. In 1345 Konrad and his nephew Henryk V attempted unsuccessfully to recover Wschowa (Fraustadt) from Poland. In retaliation King Kazimierz launched an attack against Olesnica.
“In 1355 Konrad took control over the duchy of Kozle (Kosel). On 8 December 1357 the duchy of Bytom (Beuthen) was divided between him and Kazimierz I, Herzog von Schlesien in Cieszyn (Teschen). The following year he purchased Milicz (Militsch) from the bishopric of Wroclaw.
“In 1361, after the death of Jan of Scinawa without issue, Konrad and Henryk V entered into a dispute over his inheritance. The conflict was resolved in 1365 through the mediation of Ludwig I 'the Fair', duke of Brzeg (Brieg).
“Konrad died on 22 December 1366 and was buried in the Chapel of St. Hedwig in the monastery of Trzebnica.”.1

Bolko/Boleslaw von Schlesien Duke of Bytom and Kozielsk was born between 1330 and 1332.1 He married Markéta/Malgorzata/Margareta (?) ze Sternberka (Sternberg) before 14 February 1347.4

Bolko/Boleslaw von Schlesien Duke of Bytom and Kozielsk died between 1354 and 1355.1
      ; Per Genealogics:
“Bolko, duke of Bytom and Kozielsk, was born between 1330 and 1332, the second son of Wladislaw, duke of Schlesien-Bytom and Kozielsk, but the eldest son of his second wife Fürstin Lukardis von Mecklenburg. After the death of his elder half-brother Kasimir in 1347, Bolko succeeded him as duke of Kozielsk. Five years later, in 1352, the death of his father also made him duke of Bytom.
“Before 14 February 1347 Bolko married Malgorzata ze Sternberka, daughter of the rich Moravian magnate Jaroslav ze Sternberka. As a dowry she received the sum of 60 Prague Groschen. They had three daughters of whom Elzbieta and Euphemia would have progeny.
“In 1354 Bolko travelled to Italy in the entourage of Karl IV, king of Bohemia, for his coronation as Holy Roman Emperor. In unknown circumstances, Bolko died suddenly between 4 October and 15 December 1355. He was buried in the Cathedral of Venzone under a beautiful tombstone which was destroyed in an earthquake in 1976, but was later restored.
“With Bolko the male line of the Bytom-Kozielsk branch of the Piast dynasty became extinct. According to his will, Bolko left Bytom to his wife as her widow's seat. However a dispute broke out almost immediately among his close relatives over his inheritance, triggered by the agreement signed between Wladislaw and the Bohemian king which allowed the succession over his lands to pass to a female in the absence of male heirs. Konrad I, duke of Olesnica (Herzog von Schlesien in Öls), husband of Bolko's eldest half-sister Euphemia, and Kazimierz I, duke of Cieszyn (the legal guardian of Bolko's daughters) each claimed the right to succeed Bolko, and only solved their dispute in 1357; Kozle (which had already been obtained by Konrad I in 1355) remained in the hands of the dukes of Olesnica, who also obtained half of Bytom, and the dukes of Cieszyn received the other half of Bytom, comprising Gliwice, Toszek and Pyskowice.”.1
