      ;      I am uncertain as to the father of the James Roberts who appears with Caroline as her 18 year old son, in the 1860 census. He does not appear with her and his brother, John in the 1850 census.
     Her 1st husband was apparently named MISONHONNA/MISENHEIMER, but seems to disappeared before the 1850 census, when James would have been about 8. Caroline appears with only one son (John) in that census (in the household of her father Tobias Furr).
     Caroline married secondly Amos ROBERTS in 1852, when James would have been about 10. I initially assumed his father was her first husband, but that begs the question of where was James in 1850. It is likely that James was a son of Amos, by an earlier marriage, before Amos's marriage to Caroline (Furr) Misonhanna/Misenheimer. GA Vaut.^4,5,3 James Misenheimer was also known as James Roberts.¹
