There is disagreement among verious sources as to whom Arthur PARKS #100450 married and who mothered his five known children: Arabella TYLER #100451 or Sarah MNU #100626. (See the mariage tags for each to find these sources).
-- Only one of my sources, cites any source for its informatoin, MilesFiles 23.0 cites: [S481] Pauline Manning Batchelder, Batchelder, Somerset Sampler, (Lower Delmarva, Genealogical Society, 1994), 481.
-- All sources I have found show only one marriage for Arthur and only one marriage for either of the proposed wives.
After some thought, I have decided to link Sarah MNU #100626 as the mother of his children simp;y because of MileFiles 23.0.

In John Tyler's will dated 30 March 1733 at Somerset Co., Maryland, USA, Arthur Parks was named as executor;
Maryland, U.S., Calendar of Wills, 1635-1743
Arthur Parks left a will on 30 August 1743 at Somerset Co., Maryland, USA;
Per Milesfiles: "Arthur Parks wrote his will on 30 Aug 1743 when he was "in reasonable health" and devised Hogneck, "Lying upon Dogwood Ridge Creek," to my youngest son," Job Parks. As late as 1753 Job was listed in his father' househould and probably cared for him until his death in 1760. Thomas Tyler and John Evans were sureties for a testamentary bond for £150 sterling filed by Job Parks on 8 Feb 1760. John "Evins" (Jr.), Thomas Evans, Sollomon "Evins," and Thomas Tyler, all Smith Island residents, were witnesses to Arthur Parks' will (A Somerset Sampler, p. 207). Dryden shows that Arthur Parks Sr. gave to youngest son Job, manor and tract Hog Neck on Smith Island, being 75 acres, being part of a tract on Dogwood Ridge Creek containing 150 acres. Witt: John Evans, Thomas Tylor, Thomas Evans, John Evans Jr. & Solomon Evans."

Arthur Parks left a will on 30 August 1743 at Somerset Co., Maryland, USA;
