     DIED IN BARBER CHAIR. In a chair being shaved Mr. Robert J. Catlin, former County Commissioner of Queen's Anne's county and friend of the late United States Senator Arthur P. Gorman, died at 4:30 o'clock Saturday afternoon in the barber shop of George C. Reshneck, 205 North Gilmor street, Baltimore. He had been suffering from heart trouble.
     Mr. Catlin left the Aged Men's Home, 1400 West Lexington street, of which he had been an inmate for two years, and went to the shop to be shaved. The barber had already begun his work, when Mr. Catlin was suddenly taken ill. An ambulance was called, but he was dead. Mr. Catlin was 71 years old and was born in Delaware, but early in life moved to Chestertown and became well known here. In the early eighties he became Commissioner of his county. Afterward he was appointed to a Government position in Washington through the influence of Senator Gorman.
     After he lost his health and was growing old he became an inmate of the Aged Men's Home, where he remained until his death. The interment took place in Chester cemetery Tuesday; Undertaker, Charles L.
