"Julius Hart, Helen, Montana, committed suicide. He arose at 6:30 and kindled fire and then went to bed and told his wife to get breakfast. She arose, dressed, and went to the kitchen. The fire was not burning well and so she went out and got some kindling. When she came in, the bedroom door was closed and she opened it and told her husband to get up. She then went to the kitchen but soon returned to the bedroom. The door was closed. She opened it and found her husband in a pool of blood clutching a revolver. No sound had been heard as Mr. Hart had put the weapon in his mouth and covered his head with bedclothes. The weapon was short, 38 caliber and of the bulldog pattern.
