My son John to pay rents of said farm (subject to Mahaly Hamilton provision) to my said dau. Hannah as her separate estate not to her husband's control. I give $30 for 7 years paid to Mahaly Hamilton provided the child she now has should so long live, but if not then $30 in proportion of the year the child lives in full of the bequest the said Mahaley may have against me. To my granddau. Mary Ann Stant $300 at age 18, to be paid to her by my son John and charged to the real estate. If she dies before 18 then no legacy paid but to lapse into the estate of said John. The 1799 administration gives part of estate to George Apsley son of William Apsley.

A Dulaney Apsley purchased items from James Crouch's estate 1843. Barbara Miller says that his full name is George Dulaney Apsley. Also she indicates that his children were Sarah, George Dulaney, Joseph and William. The first two named in a 1845 chancery court document settling Sarah's right to Stratford Manor with the Bennett children and the later two were in guardianship papers shortly following George's death.
