George supposedly didn't marry Sarah COBB until 1844. As there are a younger woman and younger children in this enumeration, George would apparently have had an earlier wife (if this is truly George ARNOLD, son of Reuben). However, none of the children I have identified so far were born before 1849. Also, the oldest male is a little young (ageed 30-39), while George (son of Reuben and Margaret (HUDSON) ARNOLD,would have been ca 43 at the time of the census. Therefore, I have doubts as to whether this is the correct George Washington ARNOLD (1797-1875).
The older woman (aged 60-69) could have been Georges widowed mother, Margaret (HUDSON) ARNOLD (who d. in 1848).
