      ; I saw your information on Rootsweb about Susan Elvira Hudson. She was my GGfather's sister. I attached the following note to your Rootsweb info: There are at least 2 additional sons of Ann Hudson and Unknown Hudson. My GGfather, James W Hudson (1822-7/25/1893) was born in Culpeper County, Virginia and died in Warren County, Missouri. He was married to Eliza Reynolds (@1829 - @1901)in 1844 and they had 15 children. The other known brother was Thomas J Hudson (@1823-1/22/1896). He was also born in Culpeper and died at the Confederate Home in Lafayette County, MO. I do not know if he was married. Ann or Anna, their mother was from Culpeper, Virginia and died in Warren County on 11/14/1881.Her death notice said that she came to Missouri in 1834 and spent most of her life in Warren County after coming to Missouri. If you have located any additional information since your posting, I would love to have it.

     "I Martha Pratt of the County of Warren and State of Missouri do make and publish this my last will and testament in manner and form following that is to say -
     "First it is my will that my funeral expenses and all my just debts be paid fully.
     "Secondly I direct that my body be decently buried near to my husband under the direction of my hereinafter named Executors and as to such worldly estate as it hath pleased God to bless me with I dispose of the same as follows.
     "Third, I give and devise to my daughter Mary Howell wife of francis Howell five dollars to her and her heirs forever,

     "Be it remembered that on this 1st day of October, A. D. 1917, before the undersigned J. W. Hukriede, Judge of the Probate Court within and for the county and state aforesaid, personally appeared L. H. Blattner and WE. W. Dickroeger, the subscribing witnesses to the annexed will of Robert T. Pratt, deceased, and being by me first duly sworn, depose and say that the said Robert T. Pratt, the testator, subscribed the same in their presence, and published and declared said will or instrument of writing to be his last will and testament and that at the time of signing of the same he the said testator was of sound and disposing mind, and more than 21 years of age, and that said deponents attested said will as witnesses thereto, but subscribing their names to the same in the presence of the testator and of each other, at the request of the said testator, L. H. Blattner, E. W. Dickroeger
     "Sworn to and subscribed before me T. W. Hukriede, Judge of the Probate Court within and for the county and state aforesaid, at offices in Warrenton, Mo., the day and year aforesaid. T. W. Hukriede, Judge of Probate."

     "I Robert T. Pratt of Wright City in the County of Warren and State of Missouri, being of sound mind and memory, and considering the uncertainty of this frail and transitory life, to therefore, make, ordain, publish and declare, this to be my last Will and Testament.
     "First. I order and direct that my Executor hereinafter named pay all my just debts and funeral expenses as soon after my decease as conveniently may be.

     "4th. I give unto my nephew Robert King the sum of two hundred dollars.
     "5th I give unto my nephew Robert Northcutt the sum of two hundred dollars.
     "6th. I give to Robert Parsons, the son of my niece Maggie Parson the sum of one hundred dollars.
     "7th. I give to the Babtist [sic] church of Wright City the sum of one hundred dollars.
     "8th. I give to the Methodist church of Wright City the sum of one hundred dollars.
     "9th. The balance of my estate I wish divided share & share alike between the living of the following John Pratt, Wheeler Pratt, Willie Pratt, Eulallia Prat Alexander, and Mrs. Carrie Maxwell, Harvey Northcutt and John Northcutt.
     "Lastly I make, constitute and appoint my wife Adelia Pratt, without Bond to be Executrix of this my last will and testament, hereby revoking all former wills by me made.
