She was living in May 1469. REYNOLD GREY, Lord Grey, died on 22 Feb 1493/4, and was buried at Bletchley.

He was summoned to Parliament from 3 Dec. 1441 by writs directed Edmundo de Grey de Ruthin chivaler. He was married probably before 1440 to KATHERINE PERCY, daughter of Henry Percy, 2nd Earl of Northumberland (descendant of King Edward Ill), by Alianor, daughter of Ralph Neville, 1st Earl of Westmorland [see PERCY 9 for her ancestry]. She was born at Leconfield on 28 May 1423. At the battle of Northampton on 10 July 1460 he was in command of the Royal vanguard, but went over to the Yorkists as the battle was joined, and is considered to have been the main cause of the Lancastrian defeat. He was created Earl of Kent on 30 May 1465. EDMUND GREY, Earl of Kent, died aged seventy-three on 22 May 1490. Mandate to dispense Robert Greystoke, layman, and Margaret Grey, mulier, of the said bishop's diocese, to marry, notwithstanding that they are related in the third degree of affinity, because the late Elizabeth Grey, also Robert's wife, was related to the said Margaret in the third degree of kindred.3'"
